Now it is 4:28 am and I woke with an idea.

I woke thinking I should thank my own firm’s leadership for creating such an inclusive environment.

And . . . I thought I should tell them what it is they are doing that makes it inclusive.

Then, I thought: for the benefit of all women and people of color, wouldn’t it be great if all law firms knew and did this?”
